The central question is whether investors can recover their assets.
Based on information currently being tracked by KOLcheck, multiple withdrawal requests remained unresolved by late August 2026. Normal communication with CEO Robert Reichenbach Richard and key technical personnel was reported disrupted, while no clear repayment or recovery timetable had been announced.
- multiple withdrawal requests were reported unresolved;
- normal communication with the CEO and key technical personnel was reported disrupted;
- no clear repayment or recovery timetable had been announced;
- senior-management responsibility had not been clearly explained.
KOLcheck has not identified a regulator statement establishing the total unresolved value or the cause of the reported delays. The issue is therefore categorized as a withdrawal crisis under monitoring, not as a finding of fraud or civil or criminal liability.
At the same time, the DCodex website continued to describe the user process as connecting a wallet, depositing funds, activating the MEV Engine, and tracking profits and withdrawals.
DCodex — public website
Published return figures changed from 30–40% to 10–20% per month.
A November 2025 press release attributed to DCodex promoted an average monthly return of 30–40% and described performance data as verifiable on-chain. Later investor materials, including a Vietnamese-market deck dated February 2026, stated an average monthly range of 10–20%, equivalent to a simple annualized range of approximately 120–240%.
On 16 June 2026, a DCodex press release also claimed more than 3,000 members, approximately USD 20 million in deployed capital and a 13% return for the most recent month. KOLcheck has not identified a publicly available independent audit verifying the platform’s full trading history, deployed capital or long-term performance.

The MEV Engine is presented as an automated on-chain execution system.
DCodex materials say the system monitors mempools and blockchain data to identify trading opportunities, simulates transactions, and then executes qualifying strategies automatically at high speed.
The materials also describe a multi-wallet architecture intended to separate strategies, isolate risk and keep user funds segregated from the main system account. They use the statement: “No opportunity = no trade = no loss.”
These are descriptions and claims published by DCodex. On-chain visibility can make individual transactions inspectable, but it does not by itself prove that all client assets, liabilities, performance calculations or withdrawals are complete and accurate.

Company incorporation and investment authorization are different questions.
DCodex Ltd was incorporated in California on 15 September 2025 under filing number B20250300726. Public corporate records identify Robert Reichenbach Richard as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Director and Registered Agent, and list 2570 North First Street, San Jose, California as the registered address.
The existence of the California company can be checked through corporate records. The USD 10 million registered-capital figure is a separate claim made in DCodex materials and is not treated here as a fact established merely by incorporation.
California Secretary of State — Business SearchRegistration with FinCEN is not approval of an investment product.
DCodex materials state that the company is registered with FinCEN and “licensed as an MSB,” and use that status to suggest that it may legally provide digital-asset and financial services globally.
FinCEN explains that information in its MSB database is supplied by registrants, is not verified by FinCEN, and that inclusion does not constitute a recommendation, certification of legitimacy or government endorsement.
FinCEN MSB registration ≠ investment licence ≠ government approval of DCodex or its investment products.

Both men were presented in company materials as senior executives.
DCodex introduced Robert Reichenbach Richard as CEO. Company materials describe more than 15 years of experience in quantitative finance, investment banking and risk management across New York and London. Those biographical claims are attributed to DCodex and are not independently verified here.
Dr. Udesh Chaskar was presented as DCodex’s COO, with responsibilities relating to operations, governance, institutional partnerships and regional strategy. His COO role is relevant to the current situation because it was presented as an executive position, rather than an external advisory or partnership role.
The unresolved questions include Robert’s current status, management responsibility for the recovery process and the role Udesh Chaskar has played in addressing reported withdrawal problems.

The funding claim appeared in a company-supplied press release.
On 3 August 2026, a press release announced that DCodex had secured USD 3.5 million in strategic investment from Zerra Ventures and BD Ventures to support ecosystem development and preparations for the DCX token.
The announcement appeared only a few weeks before reported withdrawal problems and management disruption became the central issue surrounding the platform.
KOLcheck treats the publication as evidence that the investment was announced. The press release alone does not independently verify transfer of funds, investment terms or how any capital was deployed.
The question moved from “How does the engine work?” to “Can investors withdraw?”
DCodex materials emphasized stable returns, on-chain verifiability, segregated user assets, real-time monitoring and the ability to track profits and withdrawals.
By late August 2026, the practical question had become whether investors could recover their assets and who within senior management was responsible for a recovery plan.
The continuing availability of a website, dashboard or on-chain records does not resolve pending withdrawal requests or establish that all liabilities can be met.
